About Your Host

Donna Doyon has been inspiring friends and co-workers to increase their physical activity levels for more than a decade. 

Her own journey began when she set the crazy goal to particpate in a triathlon. At the time, she weighed almost 200 pounds and couldn't walk a half-mile without stopping for a rest. 

The lessons she learned thru that training have kept her active ever since. Now she is a warm weather runner who has completed two half marathons. She spends most weekends hiking the mountains of Maine and New Hampshire (all year long). 

In 2016, Donna made the decision to ditch the extra weight she was carrying, because it hindered her hiking pursuits. She lost 50 pounds and spent two weeks hiking the 100-mile wilderness section of the Appalachian Trail. She AND her 40-pound pack combined, weighed less than her starting weight!
